Which payments are acceptable?

We accept visa and mastercard debit and credit payments, as well as normal EFTs.


How do I intepret the sizes of the products?

The dimensions provided under each product are actual internal measurements.

What is the turnaround time for delivery?

Under normal circumstances, delivery should be within 3 weeks in South Africa to allow making of the product. It may take longer to deliver outside South Africa.

Which delivery methods do you use?

Pudo (uses smart lockers and works with Courier guy) and Postnet mostly.

What is your returns policy?

  • Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt.
  • Product should not be used and in its original condition.
  • Returned products are for credit or exchange, no cash refunds are made.

How do I take care of my leather product?

  • The best treatment for our leather products is to wipe with a wet, clean and soft cloth.
  • Use clean water, and leather cream when really necessary.
